Buick brings an Encore to the Portland Auto Show

The all new Buick Encore has made waves since first debuting. The Luxury small crossover comes packed with features for an urban lifestyle with great fuel economy and an upscale interior. But the 2015 Buick Encore isn’t all about appearances, available collision-avoidance technologies like Rear-Cross Traffic Alert and Side Blind Zone Alert help watch out for you, and 10 air bags come standard.

BMW B6 Alpina Arrives with Aftermarket Flair

The partnership between BMW and Alpina goes back over 50 years to 1962 when a Weber dual carburetor was developed for the new BMW 1500. As time went on Alpina moved from supplied aftermarket parts for BMW vehicles to taking factory vehicles and improving their performance then unleashing the upgraded cars into the world. Flash forward to 2014 and the partnership between the two companies is as strong as ever.

BMW M6 Gran Coupe Arrives at the Portland Auto Show

As BMW continues to push the boundaries of what a luxury auto maker can do the introduction of the BMW M6 Gran Coupe proves to push one step further. With 560 horsepower being pushed to the rear wheels via a 4.4-Liter M TwinPower Turbo V-8 and a 7-Speed M Double Clutch transmission. The result is another M characteristic: linear, instantaneous delivery of a massive 500 lb-ft of torque over a broad rpm range from idle to high revs. This means a 0-60 mph of just 4.1 seconds, or 4.0 seconds with the Competition Package.

Audi R8 to Bring Supercar Status to the Portland Auto Show

Perhaps known best for it’s appearances in Hollywood Blockbusters such as Iron Man as the personal car of Tony Stark the Audi R8 can be summarized in one word: performance. Built on the Audi Space Frame the R8 has seen a few iterations over it’s lifespan with V8, V10, and even an all electric e-Tron model slated for a 2015 delivery. With roots based in Le Mans racing the R8 has been critically acclaimed receiving 4.5 starts from Car and Driver who said:
